George Anastasi has launched its new townhouse development project which is located off Makariou Avenue in Limassol.

Harmony Residences will comprise of 6 two bedroom (100m² each) and 3 one bedroom (70m² each) luxury apartments on three levels.

The project will target young families that wish to live near the centre of the town in a truly luxurious environment. Some of the key features of this project will be the Swedish KAHRS timber flooring system, Italian Kitchens and glazed balustrades.

The project is designed and project managed by Akis Charalambous Partnership. Construction works are expected to commence in December 2007 with expected completion by July 2009.

The Technological University of Cyprus has been planned to be developed in the old centre of Limassol in both old restored and new buildings that are surrounding the Town Hall.

George Anastasi was awarded this contract in March 2007 with expected completion of Phase 1 in September 2007 and Phase 2 in September 2008.

The project deals with the renovation of the old Land Department building that will also constitute one of the main parts of the new Technological University of Cyprus in Limassol.

George Anastasi has been appointed for the construction of the C&I Investments Retail and Commercial accommodation project in Limassol in December 2007. The project completion date is estimated to be in January 2008.

C&I is a new construction with high technology cladding system, modern design and advanced mechanical and electrical systems.

George Anastasi has been appointed for the construction of the Yermasoyia Gardens accommodation project in Limassol in April 2006. The project completion date is expected to be in September 2007.

The project comprises of the construction of two blocks of maisonettes and five blocks of apartments with a private road, retaining walls and landscaped area.
