George Anastasi has been appointed as the main contractor of the new Limassol landmark, the Paris Business Center. The construction works have recently commenced and the delivery is estimated for 2012.

Paris Business Center is an exceptional, hi-tech and ultramodern building, designed by Armeftis & Associates architects & designers. It is centrally located in the heart of the Arch. Makarios III Avenue in Limassol (old Café Paris) with panoramic view of the town and sea. Paris Business Center with the surrounding area will be a landmark of the city.

Designed and constructed with the highest specifications, this Class A commercial building comprises of 9 floors, high security luxurious offices for sale and spacious ground floor retail showrooms for rent. The unique development has been specifically designed to meet the diverse workspace requirements of modern business. Paris Business Center is designed to accommodate major businesses and professionals.

The project offers ample underground car parking in three underground levels.

George Anastasi on 11.3.2010 signed a contract with the Parekklisia Community Council for the development of the seafront pedestrian road and other relevant to the landscape buildings. The work is constituted by the construction of the pedestrian road a football ground, a cafeteria and parking lots.

The project covers the area from Santa Barbara to the Limassol marina. Construction work will begin immediately and will be completed in 18 months. The architects of the project are the Akis Charalambous Partnership.

During the spectrum of the fair “Cyprus- Italy A/R Architecture” organised by the Italian Embassy in Cyprus, G. Anastasi was presented via the architectural company Akis Charalambous Partnership with the urban office tower building in Limassol which houses Trident company.

The building is a landmark not only for the Limassol town but also for Cyprus. The purpose of the exhibition was to display the modern Cypriot architecture. The work was selected through many and reflects the modern architecture of Cyprus but also the term landmark.

The Union of Building Contractors of Limassol are now in their new offices. The works were started early January 2009 and completed early 2010.

The 2 storey building accompanied by a large basement is located at Ay. Phyla area, very close to the Achillion Hospital, and right off the motorway. The second floor is of a metal structure covered by concrete panels, a unique construction method introduced in Cyprus very recently and applied in Anastasi Business Center.
